1. About Us
Bobbie Hash Matrix (“we,” “us,” “our”) sells bench-tested, used Bitcoin and Scrypt ASIC mining hardware, including Antminer, WhatsMiner, Bitdeer, and ElphaPex products, along with related parts and accessories. We’re based at 909 N Beech St Ste C, Portland, OR 97227, USA, and can be reached at sales@bobbiehashmatrix.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal right to import mining hardware into your destination country.
3. Product Descriptions and Condition
All hardware sold is used unless a specific listing states otherwise. Every unit is bench-tested for hashrate, power draw, and hashboard condition before listing, and product pages reflect the actual measured performance and condition of that unit at the time of testing, not generic manufacturer specifications. Minor cosmetic variation between the product photos and the exact unit you receive may occur, since these are used goods, but functional condition will match what’s described.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards, wire transfer, and cryptocurrency. Orders paid in cryptocurrency receive a 22% discount off the listed price, applied automatically at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including on orders already placed, and will contact you before charging any corrected amount. We also reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
5. Shipping
Shipping is free, nationwide and worldwide, and handled via FedEx Ground (domestic) or DHL Express (international). Full shipping terms, including transit times and customs responsibility, are covered in our Shipping Policy. International buyers are responsible for confirming that mining hardware can legally be imported into their country.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty
Returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which includes a 90-day return window, a 6-month hardware warranty, and a 15% restocking fee on non-defective returns. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. No Guarantee of Mining Profitability
Bobbie Hash Matrix sells physical computing hardware. We do not guarantee, promise, or imply any specific mining profit, return on investment, or earnings from any product we sell. Cryptocurrency mining profitability depends on factors entirely outside our control, including network difficulty, coin price, electricity cost, and pool fees, and can change or disappear entirely after your purchase. Any hashrate or efficiency figures listed reflect bench-tested hardware performance only, not projected earnings.
8. Intended Use and Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that operating a mining unit complies with local laws, electrical codes, homeowner or landlord agreements, and utility terms of service in your area. You are also responsible for any import restrictions, licensing requirements, or customs regulations that apply to Bitcoin or cryptocurrency mining hardware in your country.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bobbie Hash Matrix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of hardware purchased from us, including lost mining revenue, electricity costs, or downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Bobbie Hash Matrix or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
11. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website to submit fraudulent orders, attempt to interfere with site security, or resell our product descriptions or photos as your own. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for conduct we determine, at our discretion, to violate these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page, and continued use of our site or placement of future orders constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before pursuing formal action, you agree to first contact us at sales@bobbiehashmatrix.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. Most disputes can be settled this way.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis; you agree not to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against us. Arbitration will take place in Multnomah County, Oregon, or another location mutually agreed upon, and will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
