Processing Time

Every order is processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Since each miner is individually bench-tested and graded before it’s packed, we don’t ship same-day, but we don’t sit on orders either.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every order, nationwide and worldwide. There’s no minimum order value required and no hidden handling fees added at checkout. International buyers are still responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their own country, since those are outside our control, but the shipping itself costs nothing.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Domestic orders ship via FedEx Ground and are delivered to the specified shipping address. Transit time typically runs 1 to 5 business days depending on distance from our Portland, Oregon warehouse.

  • Signature confirmation is required on higher-value orders.

International Shipping

International orders ship worldwide via DHL Express, with typical transit of 7 to 9 business days depending on destination.

Customs, duties, and import taxes: the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority, not by Bobbie Hash Matrix, and are not included in your order total.

Some countries restrict or require special licensing to import Bitcoin mining hardware and other ASIC equipment. We recommend confirming your local import rules before ordering. If your shipment is held or restricted at customs, please contact us and we’ll work with you on next steps.

Packaging

Every miner ships in anti-static foam, boxed inside a reinforced outer carton to handle freight transit. Hydro-cooled units and larger hashboards receive extra corner and edge protection given their weight and value.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you haven’t received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then reach out to us directly.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, do not power on the unit. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and its packaging, and we’ll file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund. If a shipment appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier directly.
