This page explains how payment works at Bobbie Hash Matrix, including our cryptocurrency discount, how refunds are handled across payment types, and what to expect at checkout.

All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers.
Cryptocurrency Discount
Orders paid in cryptocurrency receive a 22% discount off the listed price, applied automatically at checkout when you select crypto as your payment method. This discount reflects the lower processing cost of crypto payments compared to card transactions.

- USD Coin (USDC)
- Litecoin (LTC)
All accepted cryptocurrencies receive the same 22% discount off the listed price. Select your preferred coin at checkout to see the exact amount due.
How Crypto Payment Works
- At checkout, select cryptocurrency as your payment method. Your total will automatically reflect the 22% discount.
- You’ll be provided a wallet address and the exact amount due in your selected cryptocurrency.
- Your order is confirmed once the payment receives sufficient network confirmations. Processing may take longer than a card payment due to blockchain confirmation times.
- Cryptocurrency prices are volatile. The amount due is fixed at the exchange rate at the time of checkout and must be paid in full within the payment window shown at checkout, typically 15 to 30 minutes, or the order may need to be recalculated at the current rate.
Price Volatility
Because cryptocurrency values fluctuate, the USD-equivalent amount shown at checkout is locked in only for the payment window stated at that time. If payment is not received within that window, we reserve the right to cancel the order or request payment at an updated rate.
Refunds on Crypto Orders
If a crypto-paid order is refunded, the refund is issued at the discounted price actually paid, not the full listed price, since that’s the amount that was charged. Refunds are issued in the original payment currency where possible. Because cryptocurrency values fluctuate between the time of purchase and the time of refund, the USD value of a crypto refund may differ from the USD value at the time of your original payment. We are not responsible for gains or losses caused by cryptocurrency price movement between payment and refund.
Identity Verification
For large orders, orders paid in cryptocurrency, or orders that trigger our fraud-prevention checks, we may request identification or additional verification before shipping. This helps protect both you and us from fraudulent transactions and is consistent with standard anti-fraud practices for high-value hardware sales.
Payment Security
All card payments are processed through an encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processor. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed via blockchain networks, which are public and irreversible once confirmed, so please double-check wallet addresses and amounts before sending payment. We cannot reverse or recover cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect address.
Sanctions and Restricted Parties
We do not knowingly accept payment from individuals or entities on U.S. government sanctions lists or in countries subject to U.S. trade restrictions. Orders that trigger sanctions-related concerns will be canceled and refunded.
Wire Transfer Orders
Wire transfer orders are shipped only after funds have fully cleared in our account, which can take several business days depending on your bank and country of origin. We’ll confirm receipt by email before your order is processed.
